中文摘要:目的本研究旨在明确短额负蝗Atractomorpha sinensis不同虫态的耐寒能力,为预测曲靖地区该害虫田间越冬情况及翌年发生动态提供理论依据。【方法】 过冷却点测定仪测定短额负蝗各虫态(虫龄)过冷却点和体液结冰点。【结果】 短额负蝗卵的过冷却点和结冰点最低,分别为﹣18.60和﹣9.13 ℃,5龄若虫冷却点和雌性成虫结冰点最高,分别为﹣11.50和﹣6.97 ℃。同一虫态不同个体过冷却点和结冰点的变异均符合正态分布。雄成虫的过冷却点和结冰点分别为﹣13.00和﹣7.88 ℃,低于雌成虫的﹣12.03和﹣6.97 ℃。【结论】 短额负蝗卵的过冷却点最低,5龄若虫过冷却点最高。研究结果为揭示短额负蝗越冬机理和预测潜在分布区提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:

 [Aim]  The purpose of this study was to clarify the cold tolerance of different insect states of Atractomorpha sinensis, and to provide a theoretical basis for predicting the overwintering situation of the pest in the field and the occurrence dynamics in the next year in Qujing area. [Methods]  The supercooling point tester was used to determine the stages (instars) of A. sinensis. [Results]  The supercooling and freezing points of eggs were the lowest, -18.60 and -9.13 ℃, respectively. The supercooling point of 5th instar nymphs, and the freezing point of adult females, were the highest; -11.50 and -6.97 ℃, respectively. Variation in the supercooling and freezing points of individuals in the same stage of development was normally distributed. The supercooling and freezing point of adult males were -13.00 and -7.88 ℃, respectively, lower than those of adult females, which were 12.03 and -6.97 ℃, respectively. [Conclusion]  The supercooling point of A. sinensis eggs was the lowest among the developmental stages examined, whereas that of 5th instar nymphs was the highest. These results provide basic data on the overwintering mechanism of A. sinensis, and predict areas where this species could either be found or establish.
