中文摘要:杀虫剂的不合理使用导致昆虫抗药性问题日益严峻,给全球农业和公共卫生害虫治理带来重大挑战。近年来,昆虫抗药性分子机制研究取得显著进展,尤其是在生理抗性(包括代谢抗性和靶标抗性)方面。本文概述了昆虫抗药性分子机制的研究现状以及存在的问题,并提出未来应加强多药抗性和RNA农药抗性机制、高通量检测技术及抗性演化规律等方面的研究,以期为昆虫抗药性机制研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
The long-term and extensive use of insecticides has led to
increasingly severe insecticide resistance, which has become a major challenge
for both agriculture and public health. Significant progress has been made in
recent years on understanding the molecular mechanisms responsible for insecticide
resistance, particularly physiological resistance (including metabolic
resistance and target-site resistance). This article summarizes both the
current state and existing problems in research on the molecular mechanisms
underlying insecticide resistance, and proposes directions for future research,
including multi-resistance, resistance to RNA-based insecticides,
high-throughput detection technologies, and the evolutionary patterns of
resistance.
