中文摘要:【目的】 探明滞育诱导期与滞育期间的温度与光周期对条纹小斑蛾Thyrassia penangae滞育解除的影响。【方法】 将不同温度配合不同光周期诱导的滞育茧转到不同条件下解除滞育,测试了其滞育诱导期与滞育期间的温度与光周期对滞育持续时间的影响。【结果】 在22、25和28 ℃下,光周期11L∶13D、12L∶12D和13L∶11D诱导的滞育茧滞育持续时间无显著差异(P = 0.604)。滞育茧在22、25和28 ℃,光周期15L∶9D条件下解除滞育,滞育持续时间随温度升高显著缩短(P < 0.001),22 ℃下的滞育持续时间为(135.23±2.22)d,28 ℃下降为(101.55±4.15)d。随着5 ℃低温处理时间延长,滞育茧羽化持续时间逐渐缩短,低温处理0 d的滞育茧羽化持续时间为117 d,低温处理30、60和90 d的滞育茧,其羽化持续时间分别为96、75和47 d。【结论】 滞育诱导的光周期对条纹小斑蛾滞育解除差异不显著,滞育期间的温度与光周期对其滞育解除差异显著。研究结果为昆虫滞育解除机制提供了重要的参考信息。
英文摘要:[Aim] To investigate the effects of photoperiod and temperature on diapause induction and termination in Thyrassia penangae. [Methods] Diapausing cocoons were randomly assigned to different temperature and photoperiod treatments after which their diapause and eclosion durations were measured and compared. [Results] Exposure to photoperiods of 11L∶13D, 12L∶12D and 13L∶11D at 22, 25 and 28 ℃ did not significantly affect diapause duration (P = 0.604). However, when diapausing cocoons were placed under 12L∶12D at 25 ℃, or 15L∶9D at 22, 25 and 28 ℃, the duration of diapause significantly shortened with increasing temperature, from (135.23 ± 2.22) d at 22 ℃ to (101.55 ± 4.15) d at 28 ℃ (P < 0.001). The eclosion duration of diapausing cocoons tended to shorten at 5 ℃. The eclosion duration of diapausing cocoons at normal ambient temperatures was 117 days, whereas that of cocoons exposed to low temperatures for 30, 60 and 90 d was 96, 75 and 47 d, respectively. [Conclusion] Photoperiod and temperature significantly affected the duration of diapause and eclosion in T. penangae. These results further understanding of the insect diapause-termination mechanism.
